  • Priority ERP SMS service integrates seamlessly with Priority and provides SMS messaging alerts via your email client (MS Outlook or Gmail)
  • Receive alerts on your phone when a delivery arrives, when an order is ready to ship, when a customer exceeds his credit limit
  • Send an SMS to customer with amunt updates, notice of dispatch or order confirmation
  • SMS is great for interactive promotional campaigns. SMS open & read rates are better than email.
  • Reduce your email reliance. Communicate consistently with all your people for shift reminders, roster changes or updates. Great for immediate alerts and notifications
  • Once the message leaves our queue it will take on average 5-10 seconds to reach the handset

The SMS module includes

  • Installation by Prionty ERP, updates to Priority including ability to use SMS via email in Business Rules and workflow using document status
  • Access to support, all updates, enhancements and new functionality as they become available
  • Credits are purchased per 1000
  • Message Credits do not expire

Administration

  • Monthly admin monitors usage and will purchase additional credits based on your usage pattern and hill you accordingly
